They say it takes a village...MomFit at CrossFit Avalanche is that village! Built by a group of busy moms who recognize the positive physical and mental benefits of self-care, the power of camaraderie and the unity of motherhood, all cultivated within this village. 

 

MomFit is a semi-private CrossFit class, led by Beth Hill, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Superstar Mom! Beth will guide you every step of the way as you achieve your personal fitness goals in a high energy, functional fitness, motivating, safe space. No prior knowledge of CrossFit or "being in shape" first is necessary, just the willingness to put yourself first for a change! After all, taking care of yourself IS part of taking care of your family!

MomFit runs for 4 weeks at a time, 2 days/week.  Childcare will be offered at no additional charge!
