CrossFit Avalanche SUP WOD

CrossFit Avalanche/Blizzard members,

Back by popular demand SUP WOD (Stand Up Paddle Board Workout of the Day) - We use the Stand Up Paddle board in circuits with other exercises both on the board and on the beach.  Come try it, it is fun.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am (it will last 1 hour)  From June 4 - August 30.

Where: Waterman's Landing - at 5166 North Lake Blvd, Carnelian Bay
Park across the street on Onyx St.

Wear some water friendly shoes that you can still do work on the rocks & pebbles on the beach. Please be early, don't be late!
This class requires pre-registration on the
Mindbody online site and only allows 12 people. We provide 6 boards, you may bring your own board and are encouraged to do so when possible. Wear clothes that can get wet.

There will be a variety of trainers to coach this class, but it will primarily be taught by Anik Demers Wild...Pro paddle boarder and certified CrossFit trainer!
